🍓 Ingredients

200 grams Brussels sprouts
1 can Tuna in oil
200 grams Grated cheese
8 medium-sized Potatoes
  Salt and pepper
1 cup Creme fraiche herbs
1/2 cups Cream

🍽 Instructions

Clean/peel and boil the Brussels sprouts and potatoes. Slice the potatoes about 5 mm, cut the Brussels sprouts in half. Take a baking dish and start with a layer of potatoes. Open the can of tuna and spread the oil over the potatoes. then layer a layer of Brussels sprouts. Break the tuna into small pieces with a fork and spread 1/2 can on top of the Brussels sprouts in flakes. Spread the cup of creme fraiche, now season with spices. then again start with the potatoes as above. For the shot instead of the creme fraiche use the cream and spread the cheese. The whole comes then for about 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 175 ° C on the middle rail.
