🍓 Ingredients

400 grams Potatoes
5 Tomatoes
400 grams Chicken breast fillets or chicken cutlets
4 Radish
250 grams Feta cheese
1 clove Garlic
  Paprika powder
1/2 teaspoons Peppercorns green pickled
  Salt and pepper
some Milk

🍽 Instructions

Peel the potatoes, rinse, boil. If you want to make fried potatoes, 10 minutes is enough.

Take out, cut into slices, put aside. Cut chicken breast fillet (chicken cutlet) into pieces or strips. Season with salt, bell pepper, paprika powder and oregano.

Fry in a pan with hot oil. Cut tomatoes into strips or cubes. Cut feta into cubes.

Radishes as well. Mix everything together. Crush garlic clove, add. Add peppercorns, basil.

These ingredients can also be soaked for 1 – 2 hours beforehand, so that the aroma develops better. Then add these ingredients to the roasted chicken breast fillet. Season if necessary. Now add the potatoes. Mix everything together, add a little milk and serve when everything has combined. Alternatively, you can also serve fried potatoes. Fry them in a separate pan.
