Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Cut the sausages into slices. Clean, wash and slice the carrots. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Fry the ham cubes in hot oil and after a short time add the other ingredients. Let it get hot together for a few minutes.
