Boil potato, finely chop onion and garlic, cut sausage into small cubes, Preparation: Peel the hot potatoes and press them through a potato ricer, add butter in pieces to the potatoes, mix in the remaining ingredients (flour, salt, egg, sausage, onion, garlic).
Form a roll about 5cm thick and cut off slices 1cm thick.
Form them into loaves, heat some oil in a pan and fry the loaves on both sides until golden brown.
Instead of the sausage you can also use seasonal vegetables.
It goes best with leaf salad.
