10 Cherry tomatoes
2 medium-sized Potatoes
3 Eggs

🍽 Instructions

Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices and cook briefly in salted water. Beat the eggs, halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes and chop a piece of feta cheese.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the potato slices briefly, add tomatoes and eggs. When the egg has set, sprinkle the feta cheese on top.
