Peel and slice the onions. Peel and slice the carrots and fry them together with the onions in a large pan.
Then peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and add them to the pan as well. Season with salt, pepper and salad mix and immediately add the water. Cut the meat into small pieces and place on top of the vegetables.
Saute with the lid closed and on low heat for about 25 minutes. Turn from time to time and add a little water if necessary.
