🍓 Ingredients

1 cube Yeast
500 grams Flour
1/4 liter Milk
300 grams Potatoes
1/2 teaspoons Salt
  Poppy seeds or other seeds
1 Egg yolk

🍽 Instructions

Put flour, yeast, salt and milk in bowl and knead. Cut potatoes into very small cubes and boil briefly, let cool and add to dough, knead vigorously.

Let rise. Form 16 rolls.

Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with poppy seeds or other seeds.

Bake for 30 – 40 minutes at 200° – 225°C.
