Boil boiled potatoes. Cut the onions and sour cucumbers into small cubes.
Press the garlic and mash it with the sugar with the help of a fork. Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise, a squeeze of lemon, the mustard and the garlic-sugar mixture. Add the diced onions and cucumbers.
Season to taste with pepper, salt, oregano, marjoram and curry and a little more lemon juice if needed. Cut the peeled and cooled potatoes into not too thin slices and mix them with the sauce. Caution: It is best to mix the potatoes and sauce just before eating.
