Boil the potatoes, peel them, cut them into small cubes and put them in a bowl with the diced mushrooms and radishes. Fry the bread cubes in oil until crispy. Mix the yogurt and herb vinegar together and season to taste with mustard, salt, pepper and Worcester sauce. Gently mix the dressing into the ingredients in the bowl.

Sprinkle the salad with freshly chopped herbs. Fold in the toasted bread cubes just before serving.
