Cut the pumpkin into medium-sized cubes. Dredge in flour and place in a buttered gratin dish. Spread the garlic and herbs over it and season very well. Pour the cream over it and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
