750 grams Pumpkin flesh prepared 🍽
2 cloves Garlic chopped 📝 🍽
1 bunch Chives finely chopped 🍽
1 bunch Parsley chopped 🍽
  Spices 📝 🍽
2 teaspoons Herbs fresh chopped 🍽
1 1/2 deciliter Cream 📝 🍽
3 tablespoons Parmesan grated 🍽
  Nutmeg 📝 🍽

🍽 Instructions

Cut the pumpkin into medium-sized cubes. Dredge in flour and place in a buttered gratin dish. Spread the garlic and herbs over it and season very well. Pour the cream over it and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
