Peel the potatoes and then grate finely with a kitchen grater and drain well in a sieve.
Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and also grate finely. Once again, squeeze the potatoes well and pat dry with a towel or kitchen towel and mix together with the pumpkin in a large bowl.
Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and add with all the other ingredients and mix to a mass and pour into a previously greased mold.
Then grate some nutmeg over it and put it in the oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for 40 min.
Tip: The last few minutes bake with convection, so a particularly beautiful crust is formed.
