🍽 Instructions

Boil pumpkin piece in water until cooked, weigh out 100 g of meat and mash. Mix with remaining ingredients, excluding egg yolk, and knead into a smooth dough.

Roll out dough (about 1.5 cm) and cut out.

Place the raw cookies on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
