🍓 Ingredients

1/2 liter Milk lukewarm
1 cube Yeast fresh
500 grams Pumpkin flesh fresh coarsely sliced
1 heaped teaspoons Sugar
500 grams Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
  Oil for frying
2 Eggs

🍽 Instructions

Mix the yeast with 5 tablespoons of the milk and the sugar and let rise for 15 minutes.

Coarsely chop the peeled and seeded pumpkin and mix alternately with flour, eggs, salt and milk until a viscous mass.

Add the yeast mixture and season with salt. Fry in batches in the pan with oil like grated pancakes.
