🍓 Ingredients

1 Leek cut into rings
500 grams Pumpkin flesh coarsely diced
2 Onions diced
100 milliliters Cream
1 1/2 liter Vegetable broth
2 Roots (carrots) sliced
  Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons Creme fraiche

🍽 Instructions

Sauté the onions and leeks in a suitable pot and then deglaze with the broth. Then add the pumpkin and roots and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then puree the vegetables. Now stir in cream and crème fraiche and finally season with salt and pepper.
