🍓 Ingredients

4 Eggs
250 grams Pumpkin flesh (e.g. nutmeg) finely grated
1 package Vanilla sugar
100 grams Powdered sugar
120 grams Butter or magarine
250 milliliters Milk
250 grams Flour
  Fat for the waffle iron
1/2 packages Baking powder

🍽 Instructions

Cook the finely grated pumpkin flesh in boiling salted water for a little 1-2 minutes, strain and let cool. Cream butter, vanilla sugar and sugar until very fluffy, stir in eggs one at a time, mix flour with baking powder and stir into the batter alternately with the milk. Finally, fold in the pumpkin flesh. Heat the waffle iron, grease it and bake the waffles until golden brown.

Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
