🍓 Ingredients

2 tablespoons MAZOLA sprouting oil
1 Onion
300 grams Leeks
200 milliliters Whipped cream
1 pinch Ground nutmeg
1 bag PFANNI mashed potatoes (inner bag)
3 teaspoons KNORR meat soup grained
possibly Salt
25 grams Parmesan shaved
  White pepper

🍽 Instructions

Peel and dice the onion.

Clean, wash and halve the leek lengthwise and cut into small pieces. Fry both in hot germ oil. 2.

Pour in 1 l of water and the cream. Stir in the contents of the bag of mashed potatoes with a wooden spoon. Bring soup to a boil and season with meat stock, nutmeg, pepper and salt to taste. 3. sprinkle Parmesan cheese over soup.
