Mix all ingredients with the mixer until smooth and pour into a microwave-safe mold, silicone mold. Place in the microwave at 700 watts for approx.
10 min. Briefly poke with a toothpick and see if any batter remains on.
When the cake is done, close the door again and leave the cake in the closed microwave for another 5 min.
