Mix the marzipan with the orange juice in a blender.
Then put all the ingredients in a large pot and mix. Now boil the mixture for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do gelatinization test on the plate and if it becomes solid, turn off the stove. Pour into clean twist off jars, seal and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
Let cool. The quantity yielded 9 jars of 230 ml for me. Ideal as a Christmas gift or for mulled wine cookies and / or to sweeten tea.
