🍓 Ingredients

750 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 bunch Parsley
450 grams Peas deep chilled
1 box Cress
100 milliliters Cream
1 bunch Chives
  Salt and pepper

🍽 Instructions

Bring the vegetable broth to a boil, add the peas and cook for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, coarsely chop the parsley, chives and cress.

Add herbs to soup and puree, add cream and heat again if necessary.

Season with salt and pepper and serve with bread.
