🍓 Ingredients

125 milliliters Whipped cream
50 grams Palm fat
200 grams White chocolate
125 grams Coconut flakes
possibly Almonds whole
1 pinch Salt

🍽 Instructions

Melt the palm fat and chocolate in a saucepan. Add the cream and simmer. Stir in the salt and coconut flakes.

Pour into screw-top jars and allow to cool. If you like, you can form small balls from the mixture. If necessary, press an almond into them. Turn into coconut flakes and store in the refrigerator.
