🍓 Ingredients

125 grams Sugar
1 package Sugar (lemon sugar)
125 grams Butter
250 grams Flour
3 Eggs
3 level teaspoons Baking powder
possibly Cake glaze (icing)
2 tablespoons Milk
as you like Food coloring

🍽 Instructions

First, cream the butter with the sugar and lemon sugar. Then stir in the eggs.

Mix the flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture. Now stir in the milk. Now you can divide the dough into 4 parts, which you then color in the corresponding colors.

The differently colored doughs can now be put into the muffin molds according to your mood and desire (you can also make colorful muffins, the colors of the dough do not mix! ). Then bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20 – 25 minutes (depending on the oven).

In any case, check the cake after 20 minutes. As soon as nothing sticks to the stick, the muffins are ready. If you want to have the muffins even more colorful, you can also dye icing with food coloring and give it over the muffins. If you don’t like colorful muffins, leave out the food coloring and have normal lemon muffins.
