🍓 Ingredients

150 grams Powdered sugar
500 grams Raspberries fresh or frozen
2 Lemons

🍽 Instructions

Sort fresh raspberries, defrost frozen raspberries. Puree raspberries in a blender or with a hand blender. Mix in sugar.

Squeeze lemon juice and season raspberry sauce with it. Strain the sauce through a hair sieve to remove the seeds. Tip: The sauce can also be served hot, e.g. with vanilla ice cream. If desired, add 2 cl raspberry brandy.
