Season the minced meat with eggs, mustard, salt and pepper. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Dice the bacon and fry in a pan. Add the potato slices and fry briefly. Layer the potatoes, minced meat and red cabbage in a greased baking dish.
Spread with sour cream. Bake the casserole in the oven at approx. 200 degrees for approx. 1 hour.
