Finely dice the garlic and onions. Wash the lentils under running water in cold water. Cut the chicken breast into approx. 1.5 cm cubes. Now heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onions and garlic in it. Add curry and lentils and let them sweat. Deglaze with the broth, bring to a boil and add the chicken.
Stir and simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper and serve with fresh coriander.
