🍓 Ingredients

2 large Onions 📝 🍽
3 cans Mushrooms (whole heads) 📝 🍽
1 jar Milk 📝 🍽
1/2 cups Processed cheese 📝 🍽
1 cup Cream 📝 🍽
some Tomato paste 📝 🍽
some Salt and pepper 🍽
1 small bunch Parsley chopped 🍽

🍽 Instructions

Sauté the onion and tomato paste, when everything has a nice dark color, add the mushroom heads. Now sauté the mushrooms very lightly, as soon as they are lightly browned, deglaze with milk and cream. Now let everything simmer for 10 minutes and gradually add half a cup of processed cheese. Finally, sprinkle with parsley and season with salt and pepper.
