🍓 Ingredients

3 cups Sour cream
2 packages Meat loaf
2 bags Rice
as you like Water
2 packages Vegetables (buttered vegetables)
  Salt
as you like Broth
  Fat for frying

🍽 Instructions

Cook the rice as usual in salted water or broth. In the meantime, cut the meat loaf into cubes and fry lightly. Add the buttered vegetables and 4 tablespoons of water. Put the lid on and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Drain the rice and add it together with the sour cream to the buttered vegetables and the liver cheese. Stir well. If necessary, add a little salt to taste.
