🍓 Ingredients

200 grams Rice (long grain)
2 Eggs
2 liter Water
50 grams Feta cheese
100 grams Grated parmesan
1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Sour cream
100 grams Flour
  Salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoons Ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons Clarified butter

🍽 Instructions

Cook the rice in 2 liters of salted water and drain.

Beat eggs and fold into the rice together with Parmesan and feta cheese. Add breadcrumbs, sour cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix everything well, form into croquettes and roll through flour.

Fry in hot clarified butter until golden brown on all sides. Serve while still hot with salad.
