Cut pork into cubes, debrecziner into slices. Finely dice bell bell pepper and onions. Turn stove to maximum level 8 of 12 and sweat onions, peppers and tomato paste with butter. Add debrecziner and meat, let it sweat as well and season with 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp paprika rose hot. Then add the rice, stir a few times until the rice has turned red and pour in the broth.
Turn down the heat to 4 of 12 and in about 20 minutes the rice is ready. Always be careful that the rice does not stick.
