🍓 Ingredients

3 Onions
300 grams Pork or turkey minced
3 Bell peppers red yellow and green
3/4 liter Broth
150 grams Rice
3 Tomatoes
  Salt and bell pepper
1 cup Cream

🍽 Instructions

Finely chop the onions and fry in a little hot oil until translucent, add the meat and fry lightly, salt and pepper. Now add the finely chopped peppers, skinned if desired, and the diced tomatoes, also skinned if desired.

Pour in the broth, add the rice and cook everything until the rice is done.
