Cook both types of rice according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a wok (or in a suitable pan) and fry the onion slices for about 2 minutes.
The wok should be very hot for this. Add the meat strips and continue stir-frying both until the meat has turned a light brown color. Add paprika, salt, pepper, orange zest and nutmeg, mix and continue stir-frying for 3-5 minutes. Now mix in the freshly cooked rice and stir-fry the whole thing for a few more minutes, season to taste and serve immediately.
