Finely dice the turkey breast and onions and cut the peppers into strips. Sauté the meat until brown, then add the onions and bacon, then add the peppers.
Add vegetable broth, chicken broth, salt, pepper and sugar, stir. Pour in rice, stir until existing liquid is almost absorbed, pour in water and add a dash of lemon juice. Cook gently for 20-30 min until the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked. Stir from time to time. Tip: For children or toddlers, the dish can be pureed a bit.
