🍓 Ingredients

1/2 rings Meat sausage
1 jar Gherkin
2 jars Capers thick
200 grams Rice (long grain rice)
1 jar Mayonnaise
200 grams Cheese (Emmental)
1 small can Peas
1 teaspoon Pepper black
1 teaspoon Salt

🍽 Instructions

Cook the rice. Dice the first four ingredients into small cubes.

Drain the cooked rice and add it. Add the capers with the liquid. Mix with the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Leave to infuse in the refrigerator.
