🍓 Ingredients

1 teaspoon Salt
250 grams Rice parboiled
500 milliliters Water
2 Bananas
  Salt and pepper
2 cans Tuna in oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice

🍽 Instructions

Cook the rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain on a colander. In the meantime, peel the bananas and mash them with a fork until they are mush. Add the lemon juice to the mashed bananas.

Fold in the tuna along with the oil. Mix the ingredients with the rice and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
