Cut the beef into very small cubes.
Peel and finely chop the onions, clean the peppers and cut them into strips. Put the beans in a sieve, rinse briefly and drain. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat cubes until crispy.
Add the onions and fry briefly. Add the rice and stir-fry until translucent. Mix in the paprika and tomato paste. Stir in beans and tomatoes with juice, season with chili powder and salt. Pour in beef broth and water, bring to a boil and simmer over reduced heat. Taste and season if necessary. I also use turkey or minced meat for this dish.
