🍓 Ingredients

100 grams Cooked ham
2 tablespoons Oil
100 grams Rice
200 grams Peas
200 grams Carrots
60 grams Onions
2 teaspoons Parsley chopped
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
  Salt and pepper

🍽 Instructions

Peel and chop the carrots and onions. Heat the vegetable broth and cook the rice in the broth. Chop the ham to taste. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onions and ham.

Then add the carrots and peas and sauté them as well. Add the cooked rice, sauté briefly and season with salt, pepper and parsley. Serve hot.
