🍓 Ingredients

100 grams Powdered sugar sifted
250 grams Butter softened
1 tablespoon Rose water
20 grams Rock candy crushed in a mortar
50 grams Rose petals cut into small pieces

🍽 Instructions

Cream butter and powdered sugar, stir in rose water and gently fold in petals. Form the butter into a roll in cling film and chill in the refrigerator. Then unwrap and roll in the rock candy.
