Separate egg. Use egg white elsewhere.
Chop Camembert and mash with the soft butter and egg yolk with a fork and mix.
Peel the garlic clove, cut into fine cubes and crush.
Peel and halve the onion – grate one half on a fine grater, cut the other half into half rings.
Stir garlic, salt, paprika, pepper and cumin into the cheese mixture. Arrange the cheese and garnish with the onion slices and parsley.
