Wash and dry the meat and cut into 3 cm long strips. Peel and dice the onion.
Peel, wash and cut the vegetables into pieces. Heat the fat, sauté the onion and vegetables in it. Add the meat and brown briefly on all sides. Add water, red wine and spices and season to taste.
Stew for about 60 – 70 min. Bind with flour mixed in a little water and bring to a boil. Season to taste with vinegar and sweet cream.
