Salmon Carpaccio with Lime Dressing

🍓 Ingredients

4 tablespoons Oil
350 grams Salmon fillets
2 Limes
  Lime zest of 1 lime untreated blanched
4 teaspoons Caviar
  Salt and pepper
  Chervil leaves

🍽 Instructions

Cut the salmon fillet into very thin slices, mix the juice of the 2 limes with the oil and spread over it. Salt and pepper. Garnish with leftover lime peel (blanched! ), caviar and chervil leaves.

Let stand for approx. 30 min.
