🍓 Ingredients

200 grams Salmon smoked
2 Eggs hard boiled
250 grams Cottage cheese lean
1 box Cress
1/2 bunch Dill
  Milk
  Salt and pepper

🍽 Instructions

Mix the curd with a little milk until creamy.

Add boiled eggs cut into small pieces, herbs and spices and season to taste. Finally, fold in the salmon cut into strips. Serve with baked potato or potato wedges.

Leftovers can also be used as a spread the next day.
