🍓 Ingredients

1 tablespoon Lemon juice
400 grams Salmon fillets
1 teaspoon Tarragon
  Pepper
2 teaspoons Oil
  Salt
200 milliliters Vegetable broth
400 grams Broccoli in florets

🍽 Instructions

Sprinkle salmon with lemon juice, season with tarragon and salt. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry salmon for approx.

5 minutes, remove and keep warm. Add broccoli to the roast stock and sauté briefly.

Deglaze with broth and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.

Serve with the salmon. Serve with rice.
