Peel asparagus and cut into small pieces and boil in a little water (save asparagus water and drink, is good dehydrating).
Hard boil the eggs and chop the herbs very finely. Mix the herbs with the yogurt and the 2 tablespoons of salad cream and the spices (looks like green sauce).
Then slice the eggs and add them with the asparagus.
Fresh baguette tastes good with this.
