🍓 Ingredients

500 grams Sauerkraut
1 bunch Marjoram or parsley
1 large Onion
1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
200 grams Creme fraiche
500 grams Sour apples (e.g. Boskop)
  Salt and pepper
125 grams Grated Gouda cheese
1 tablespoon Sunflower seeds

🍽 Instructions

Finely chop the sauerkraut, dice the onion, chop the marjoram or parsley, grate the apples.

Now mix all ingredients, season and sprinkle with cheese and sunflower seeds. Bake at 180°C =&gt, 35 – 45 minutes.
