Clean the peppers and mushrooms and cut them into small pieces, chop the onion. Slice the sausages and fry them in olive oil (other oils are also possible) in a large saucepan. Add the peppers, mushrooms, onions and pressed garlic and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the vegetable broth and add the tomato paste. Then add the croissant noodles and simmer on low heat for 25 min.
Add pepper, salt and paprika seasoning as desired.
