Cut the onion into small pieces, not too fine, still a little firm to the bite. Cut the meat sausage into small cubes, the finer the better. Do the same with the black pudding. Put everything in a bowl with vinegar, add oil, sugar, pepper and mix well.
Put in the refrigerator. The best way to prepare a salad is to let it stand for a few hours. Stir sometimes. Serve with fresh pita bread.
