🍓 Ingredients

500 grams Potatoes
1 kilogram Savoy cabbage
500 grams Minced meat
1 tablespoon Tomato paste
1 large Onion
  Salt and pepper
possibly Broth
  Nutmeg

🍽 Instructions

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Finely dice the onion and fry with the minced meat. Peel and coarsely dice the potatoes and add. Stew a little with the lid closed. Wash the savoy cabbage and cut it into pieces.

Put on top of the potatoes, sprinkle with nutmeg and let it collapse a little. After about 10 minutes, add the tomato paste and stir everything. Stew until the potatoes and savoy cabbage are cooked. If necessary, add a little broth.
