Mix the first 7 ingredients together and spread on a greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 200° for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, heat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and milk together in a saucepan until the butter has melted.
Then stir in the sliced almonds and carefully spread this mixture over the cake batter. Bake the cake in another 10 minutes until golden brown.
