Wash the potatoes. Cook together with the caraway seeds for about 30 minutes. Then let cool and cut in half.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Peel the shallot and garlic. Wash and clean the bell bell pepper. Cut everything into small cubes. Finely dice the bacon and fry in hot olive oil. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add the vegetable cubes and season with salt, pepper and thyme.
Hollow out the potato halves with a teaspoon.
Mix the hollowed out with 2 tablespoons of grated cheese, the cream and the minced vegetable mixture, fill into the potatoes and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Then place on a baking tray. Place in a hot oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
It goes well with a green salad.
