Mix the margarine with hand mixer with whisk on high speed until smooth, gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk, salt, lemon zest/orange fruit.
Stir until the sugar is dissolved and a bound mass is formed. Mix wheat flour with baking powder, sift and stir in batches with the milk on medium speed. Pipe the dough through a meat grinder with special attachment, cut into pieces of any length and place on the baking sheet.
Top/bottom heat 180 – 200°C (preheated), hot air 160 – 180°C (preheated), gas approx. level 3 (preheated), baking time approx. 15 minutes.
