Heat a little fat in a pan and add the shrimp or prawns and defrost in it.
Note: The frozen shrimp leave a lot of water, so I don’t know if it is the same with fresh ones, so pour off the water about 3-4 times. Then fry the shrimp in the pan for about 15 minutes and then add the herb butter.
Stirring constantly, melt the herb butter.
Preheat the oven to 150°C to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Now place the toast slices on a baking tray, spread the shrimps from the pan on top and sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake in the hot oven on the middle shelf for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
